GENERAL
Reselling and mining the work i produced as an Non-Fungiable Token (NFT) or blockchain that use cryptocurrency as a media of transaction are prohibited.Using any of my art as part of image generating AI (artificial intelligence) learning are prohibited.My artwork may be used for personal display such as profile pictures, banners, posting on Socials with Credit, or printing for yourself, but may not be used for profitBy ordering a commission, I will assume that you've read the terms, and failure to follow these terms gives me the right to cancel.You acknowledge that I'm a digital illustrator and my work is digital only, meaning there won't be any shipping of physical goods;I don't do NFTs, NSFW, mecha, gore, furry, political work, heavily detailed backgrounds.I reserve the right to decline commissions outside my abilities or for subjects I will not draw or if I don't feel comfortable or have a personal issueCommunication is important. If I do not receive a response within 1 week, I will proceed and deliver the artwork as is.PAYMENTS
All payments are upfront in full through the agreed platform or 50% after the initial sketch is approved and 50% after the artwork is finished.Payments to proposals should be paid fully within 2 weeks or will be declined.Complexity Fee is between $10-100) for all Commissions.REVISIONS
You may provide revisions at each stage inicial stages, if the artwork are at a final stage a fee will be added to the cost.I don't have any art change limits, feel free to ask for as many changes as you want (As long as they're not too big, example: change the initial pose a lot, starting something from scratch, etc.) these will be charged;DEADLINES AND DELIVERY
Commissions may take up to 1 month depending on complexity, queue, health, school, or personal matters.I will keep you updated if delays occur.USE

I have the right to upload my artwork as a portfolio and social media.
As the artist i still mantain all and absolute rights to my works.
You're not allowed to claim my artwork as yours.REFUNDS
I may cancel and refund a commission at any time.You may cancel before payment is made. Once payment is received, refunds are not available. FOR the payment in the 50/50 way after the approved sketch i may recived 50% of the paymant, if you want to cancel before the approval is ok! after the approval the payment made the money recived are not rechargeable the other 50% may stay with you since you cancel the commission.Once payment is received, refunds are not available.Chargebacks are strictly prohibited.Filing a chargeback will:
Forfeit your rights to use the artwork.Place you on a public blacklist (with evidence).Allow me to resell or reuse the artwork as I see fit.Result in a formal complaint against you.COMMISSIONER RIGHTS
You may:
Use the artwork for personal purposes only (unless commercial rights are purchased).Print the art for yourself.Post it on Social Media with credit to me "@kashyart ".You may NOT:
Use the artwork commercially without permission.Commission art/services using my Design/Work.Claim the artwork as your own or fail to credit me.Remove signatures/watermarks.Resell or redistribute the artwork.Modify the artwork without my consent.Use artwork purchased for Personal Use in merch, streaming, or commercial projects.COMMUNICATION
