You can ask about your commission status or for WIPs anytime you desire.

Full/partial refunds are not applicable if ever the client is unsatisfied with the finished piece. I will always ask the client if they would like to have anything revised during the sketching phase.

For any issue or if you'd like to discuss about a refund, you can contact me anytime and I'd be glad to clarify any concern you may have. Refunds will be available in different percentages depending on the commission's status:

Total refund will be only given if I haven't started working on your commission or if I, as the artist, won't be able to complete your order or have taken more than six months;

70% of the total price will be refunded at sketching phase;

40% of the total price will be refunded at coloring/shadeing phase;

NO refunds will be given if commission is finished.

Reembolsos totais/parciais não são aplicáveis se o cliente estiver insatisfeito com a peça acabada. Eu sempre irei perguntar ao cliente se ele gostaria de ter alguma coisa revisada durante a fase de esboço.

O reembolso total só será dado se eu não tiver começado a trabalhar em sua comissão ou se eu, como artista, não conseguir concluir seu pedido ou demorar mais de seis meses;

70% do valor total será devolvido na fase de sketch;

40% do valor total será reembolsado na fase de coloring/shadeing;

NENHUM reembolso será dado se a comissão for finalizada.
